With an abundance of live-coached training sessions, our USA Triathlon Certified Coaches will ensure that you are prepared, fit, fast, and ready to race.

 

T-26 Training Program

Tower 26 Triathlon Training Program (Quarterly)
$285.00 every 3 months

T-26 Triathlon Training Program:

  • Swim*, Bike, Run and Strength Training workouts, following the TOWER 26 season-long progression of training phases in a calculated, periodized manner. 

    • Our phases of training entail: Foundation, Sharpening, Race Preparation, Race Ready, and Recovery/Technical. 

    • Each workout will fit within the current phase of training, educating the athlete as to how the specific workout fits into the overall season-long progression and how the workout will best get the athlete Performance Prepared and Race READY. 

    • Detailed instruction within each workout, with priority ranking scaled to specific ability or fitness level.

    • *Swim workouts to be reintegrated when facilities reopen.

  • Full access to live coached TOWER 26 Zwift Rides and Runs (Z-links) via Zoom.

  • Office Hours every Tuesday, including education and Q&A, hosted by T-26 Founder, Gerry Rodrigues, and Head Triathlon Coach, Jim Lubinski.

  • Additional education on nutrition, strength, race readiness, mental approach, etc.

1-on-1 Coaching

1-on-1 Triathlon Coaching:

  • Fully customized, personalized training program, including Swim, Bike, Run and Strength workouts, based on your race and individual schedule.

  • Full communication and accountability feedback loop with an extremely knowledgeable and experienced Triathlon Coach.

  • Daily dynamic workouts sent individually via our Premium Training Platform.

  • Detailed instruction within each workout, with priority ranking scaled to specific ability or fitness level.

    • "A", "B", "C" priority ranking distinction of the workouts.

  • Each workout will fit within the current phase of training, educating the athlete as to how the specific workout fits into the overall season-long progression and how the workout will best get the athlete Performance Prepared and Race READY. 

  • Access to live coached Zwift Rides and Runs (Z-links), synchronized via Zoom.

  • Office Hours, including education and Q&A, hosted by T-26 Founder, Gerry Rodrigues, and Head Triathlon Coach, Jim Lubinski.

  • Additional support and information in areas of triathlon such as nutrition, strength, race readiness, mental approach, etc.

 
 

The fine print: Your 30-day free trial begins on the date of sign up.  Sign up must occur prior to April 30, otherwise, offer invalid. All workouts are professionally delivered through Today's Plan.  TOWER 26 is pleased to offer this platform to all registrants at no cost.  Access to live coaching sessions and office hours will be delivered to all registrants via email. Free trial participants ONLY have 10 days of live coaching access. Uninterrupted access for paid subscribers.
