TOWER 26 Triathlon Coaching is designed to get each individual to the start line fit and confident. Our team of USAT Certified Coaches will ensure that you are performance prepared and ready to race!

 

 

Santa Barbara Triathlon Training Plan by TOWER 26

  • Specific, Periodized Training Program designed to prepare you for the Swim, Bike, and Run demands of the Santa Barbara Triathlon.

  • Detailed Swim, Bike, Run workouts based on your individual metrics updated weekly, delivered to you daily through your own Training Peaks account.

  • Weekly Zoom call specific to the Santa Barbara Triathlon with TOWER 26 Training Program Coaches detailing the upcoming training week and answer and training / racing related questions.

  • Optional, weekly virtual group cycling workouts on Zwift, coached via Zoom.

  • Audio files for run workouts leading you through detailing pacing, intervals, technique, and more.

  • Swim workouts designed to help you become a better triathlon/open water swimmer.

  • As race day approaches additional, informational Zoom meetings will be held covering nutrition, gearing, pacing, open water tactics, transition information, course/race day logistics, etc.

TOWER 26 1:1 Triathlon Coaching is designed to get each individual athlete to the start line fit, fast, and performance prepared. Our experienced, knowledgeable coaching staff designs a custom, periodized training schedule delivered to your own TrainingPeaks account, based on the needs of each individual athlete.
