T-26 Training Program
T-26 Triathlon Training Program:
Swim, Bike, Run and Strength Training workouts, following the TOWER 26 season-long progression of training phases in a calculated, periodized manner.
Our phases of training entail: Foundation, Sharpening, Race Preparation, Race Ready, and Recovery/Technical.
Each workout will fit within the current phase of training, educating the athlete as to how the specific workout fits into the overall season-long progression and how the workout will best get the athlete Performance Prepared and Race READY.
Detailed instruction within each workout, with priority ranking scaled to specific ability and fitness level.
Full access to live coached TOWER 26 Zwift Rides and Runs (Z-links) via Zoom.
Office Hours every Tuesday, including education and Q&A, hosted by T-26 Founder, Gerry Rodrigues, and Head Triathlon Coach, Jim Lubinski.
Additional education on nutrition, strength, race readiness, mental approach, etc.
1-on-1 Coaching
1-on-1 Triathlon Coaching:
Fully customized & personalized training, including Swim, Bike, Run and Strength workouts, based on your race and individual schedule.
Full communication and accountability feedback loop with an extremely knowledgeable and experienced Triathlon Coach.
Daily dynamic workouts sent individually via our Premium Training Platform partner.
