T-26 Triathlon Training Program
Tower 26 Triathlon Coaching is designed to get each individual athlete to the start line fit, confident, and performance prepared.
The Tower 26 Triathlon Training Program provides a week by week training plan following a yearly progression including Foundation, Sharpening, Race Preparation, Race Ready, and Recovery / Technical phases.
Delivered via the TrainingPeaks software platform, sessions can be tailored specifically to your training level and zones (i.e. power, heart rate, pace, RPE).
With an abundance of live coached training sessions, our USAT Certified Coaches will ensure that you are prepared, fit, fast, and ready to race.
Choose your training level:
Beginner / Sprint
Workouts are designed for athletes new to the sport. TOWER 26 coaches provide education and resources to help you learn and succeed!
Intermediate / Advanced
Workouts are designed for consistency and improvement for those geared towards mid to long distance racing.
Your first month of the training program includes a dedicated TOWER 26 Coach to provide education, information on how to get set up, and answer any questions you may have along the way.
