T-26 Triathlon Training Program:

  • Swim, Bike, Run and Strength Training workouts, following the TOWER 26 season-long progression of training phases in a calculated, periodized manner. 

    • Our phases of training entail: Foundation, Sharpening, Race Preparation, Race Ready, and Recovery/Technical. 

    • Each workout will fit within the current phase of training, educating the athlete as to how the specific workout fits into the overall season-long progression and how the workout will best get the athlete Performance Prepared and Race READY. 

    • Detailed instruction within each workout, with priority ranking scaled to specific ability and fitness level.

    • Weekly video update from Head Triathlon Coach Jim Lubinski about each upcoming week’s training plan.

  • Full access to 5 live coached TOWER 26 Zwift Rides and Runs via Zoom per week.

  • Office Hours, including education and Q&A, hosted by TOWER 26 Founder Gerry Rodrigues and Head Triathlon Coach Jim Lubinski.

  • Easy to follow and access your TOWER 26 Training Program via the workout software platform provided, Training Peaks.

  • Additional education on nutrition, strength, race readiness, mental approach, etc.
